1) Extruder and Die Hiead

Characteristic

The extruder and die head adopt electro-magnetic induction heating system which can save 40% to 60% power.

The electric part brand of extruder is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDER. we don't use domenstic brand which can effect extruder quality .

2) Vacumm Cooling Tank

Characteristic:

Tank upper section made from stainless steel. There are two Vacuum chambers.

Height adjustment and lateral positioning.

High precision calibrating sleeves made from specify material with high outstanding thermal conductivity, high wear resistance and good sliding properties.

Automatically control water temperature and water level,

3) Spray Cooling Tank

Characteristic :

Intensive cooling of the pipe thanks to optimized positioning of the bayonet-type spray nozzles.

Baths and outer pipe work made from stainless steel. Spray nozzles made from PVC

4) Haul off

Characteristic :

With wide adjustable extent;

Speed adjusted by inverter;

Rubber pads vulcanized directly onto the chain links.

Parallel end guiding of all the caterpillars. The lower caterpillars must be set to the pipe diameter and the upper floating caterpillars are pressed onto the pipe pneumatically.

5) Cutting Machine

Characteristic:

Cutting of very thick-walled PE pipe with material removal using a special sawblade

Non-Scraps and the end of pipe is very smooth and cleaning with good looking

Automatic encode account cutting the pipe length

6) Winder
